DILARA & AHMED // SURPRISE PROPOSAL PHOTOGRAPHY

This is the sweet story of how Ahmed proposed to Dilara. Ahmed literally got in touch the day he was planning on proposing to Dilara as he changed his mind and thought that getting the moment captured would be lovely. He picked La Perouse as the spot to propose to Dilara because they both enjoy watching the sunset there. Plus, what’s more romantic than proposing to your loved one at a gorgeous spot during sunset. Ahmed mentioned that he wanted to propose at a quieter location at La Perouse so that Dilara will feel comfortable. I mentioned that the spot just below the famous bridge is pretty quiet as there’s not many people around. He agreed to it but had to figure out a way to get Dilara down there.

As soon as they arrived at La Perouse, I saw them making their way down to the spot. Ahmed was walking behind Dilara and he was so excited to see me that he actually waved at me! I just smiled as I was trying to contain my laughter at his excitement. Once they have descended safely, I nodded to Ahmed to let him know that he can propose anytime he is ready. He was super nervous that he didn’t even get the chance to get down on one knee! He pulled out the box of ring and just asked Dilara to marry him. Dilara was obviously surprised by this fact as she had no idea that Ahmed was going to propose! She said YES of course! Ahmed then turned around and pointed right at me, telling Dilara that he’s got the proposal captured on camera! I approached the super happy couple, introduced myself and did a mini shoot for the newly engaged couple. They had so much fun and the photos show it all!
